Aternos offers a wide range of modpacks for Minecraft Java Edition published on modded launchers like CurseForge, Modrinth, ATLauncher and the FTB App. In this article, we will show you how to install a modpack on your server and your computer.
Install the modpack on your server
You can install supported modpacks directly in the software section of your Aternos server. Please note that modpacks are full modded experiences. You can only use one modpack at a time and can't change or add individual mods or configurations. Install the modpack on your computer
To play with a modpack, you also need to install it on your computer using the correct launcher. Download links and tutorials:

All players who want to join your server must also install the same launcher and modpack on their computer. Aternos updates modpacks automatically. Make sure you're using the latest version before reporting any issues.
Start your game and server
Once the modpack is installed on both the server and your computer, start your server and launch Minecraft. If no errors occur, you're ready to play!
