If none of the articles here has helped you, you can contact the Aternos support team or look for help from other Aternos users. This article lists the different possibilities to do this. Please only use one of the listed contact possibilities and don't try to contact team members directly.
It might not be possible to help you with account-related problems on Discord or the Forums. Please use a different way to contact us for these problems.
Discord
Our official Discord server has thousands of other members, a dedicated community moderator team and also Aternos team members to help you with your problem. However, there might be times when nobody is available to help you. Please follow the rules of the Discord server and use a different way to contact the Aternos team if you don't receive help there.
Forums
On the forums, you can get help from other users and also from the Aternos team, but you have to sign up for it separately. This is one of the best support ways at the moment because it's not necessarily needed that a team member is online, and you can get help from users, which is often very useful, too.

Teamspeak 3
Aternos has its own Teamspeak3 Server (IP: ts.aternos.org). There are multiple support channels where only one person can join for a question. Because the whole Aternos team might be busy, this isn't always available. Please be patient.
