Contact support

If none of the articles here has helped you, you can contact the Aternos support team or look for help from other Aternos users. This article lists the different possibilities to do this. Please only use one of the listed contact possibilities and don't try to contact team members directly.

How to get fast support
To help us solve your issue as fast as possible, it's important to provide detailed information — especially if it's related to your server. For server-related issues, always include:
  • Your server logs (how to share)
  • Your server software and version. Also specify if you're using a pre-made modpack or a custom modded setup.
  • Your server address (only when contacting us directly, not in public community posts)
For general issues, describe exactly what you're doing, what goes wrong, and when it happens. The more relevant details you provide, the faster we can help!

Discord

Our official Discord server has thousands of other members, a dedicated community moderator team, and also Aternos team members to help you with your problem. However, there might be times when nobody is available to help you. Please follow the rules of the Discord server and use a different way to contact the Aternos team if you don't receive help there.
