Just want to reinstall?
If you don't want to leave Aternos and simply wish to reinstall your server, there's an easier option than deleting your entire Aternos account and losing all your data and memories. You can easily reinstall your server with just a click of a button on the options page. Read this to learn how to reinstall your server.
Why do you want to leave?
First of all, we'd love to hear why you want to leave Aternos. Have you stopped playing Minecraft? Are you no longer enjoying Aternos? Are there any issues with your server? Can we assist you with that? Please let us know. Contact our support team, and we'll be happy to help you.
I want to delete my account!
If you really want us to delete all your data, you can close your Aternos account here. After confirming account deletion, your account will be disabled for seven days. Within this time, you can still log in to your account in order to reactivate it. After seven days, your account will be permanently deleted. Please be aware that this will delete your entire account and all server files forever.
There is no way to recover your account or your server files after that, not even by contacting us.
Also, please note that your username will be freed and can then be used by anyone else.
