If you can't access your Aternos account because you've lost your password, this article will try to help you regain access.
Reset your password
If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it by clicking on "Forgot Password?" on our login page. Just enter your username or email address, and we’ll send you a link via email to create a new password. Please remember to check your spam and junk folders as well.
Google account
If you've signed up with a Google account, you'll receive a message indicating that your account was registered using "Sign in via Google". You can only log in through that Google account there is no password to reset/change on Aternos. If you've lost access to your Google account, then you've also lost access to your Aternos account.
No email
If you signed up without an email address, you'll receive a message after requesting a password reset, informing you that your account doesn't have an email address and we can't send you a password recovery email. In this case, it is not possible to reset your account's password. So, you either need to remember the correct password for your account or your account can no longer be accessed.
