Connecting to your Aternos Hytale server is simple: just start your server and enter the server address and port in the Hytale game. This article will guide you through each step of the process.
Start your server
To connect to your server, make sure it is running. Open your server page on Aternos and press the start button. Once the server is fully running, its status will display as "Online," and the bar will turn green.
Copy server address & port
You need to copy the server address, including the port, from your Aternos server page. Simply open your server page, scroll to the server address, and click the copy button. The copied text includes both the server address and the port number. Please note that the port is required to connect to your server. Also, double-check that your server is online before connecting.
Join the server in Hytale
Next, launch Hytale, go to the servers menu, and enter your server address including the port. You can connect directly using the "Direct Connect" option or add the server to your server list.
